On hand to provide guidance and advice on employee issues, when you need to check in on your approach or haven't faced an issue before.
Practical support when employee issues arise
Need to know how to handle that difficult meeting? Guidance will be provided, leaving you confident that you are prepared to deal with the task head on.
Tailored letters, meeting guides and forms as required
Need to follow up with a letter or unsure how to structure a formal meeting, these are included in the retained service.
Case management & onsite support if required *
Disciplinaries, grievances, performance and capability cases can be time consuming and sometimes complex to deal with. Support is provided to guide you through each stage of the case.
