Andrea Llewellyn

HR Consultant / Business Owner

A HR professional with over 20 years’ experience, I enjoy helping businesses solve employee problems. Whether that’s taking on your first employees, concerns with performance, conducting a disciplinary or dealing with a grievance, I can help!


Before deciding to become an Outsourced HR Consultant, I worked within retail, wholesale distribution, utilities, professional services and construction sectors. I have completed many HR roles in my time from specialist roles in reward and benefits, change management, talent development to more generalist roles, like heading up a HR team at a construction machinery distributor, where I was responsible for the full remit of HR.


Strong delivery focus alongside attention to detail and accuracy are core in my delivery approach.


When I’m not helping businesses solve employee problems, I like to run. I find it clears the mind and creates focus. When I’m running that’s when I’m creating my plan of action [POA] for the tasks ahead. I’m known by my family and friends for my POA’s!

From 26 October 2024 there is a duty on employers to take all “reasonable steps” to prevent sexual harassment of their employees. The duty requires that employers should anticipate scenarios when its workers may be subject to sexual harassment in the course of employment, including from third parties, and take action to prevent such harassment taking place.
