With the Retained HR Service, you secure access to advice, guidance and practical solutions, when you need it, from an experienced, qualified professional, at a fraction of the cost of employing a team. The advice is tailored to you as a small business employer.

Disciplinaries, grievances, performance and capability cases can be time consuming and sometimes complex to deal with.  Support is provided to guide you through each stage of the case.

Ad-Hoc Support


1 hour advice, support and tailored documentation


Just need advice or guidance on a specific issue or check in on your approach on how to deal with a problem, then purchase the 1-hour ad hoc support. If you don’t use the full one hour, don’t worry the unused time can be used up to 12 months after the date of purchase. This can include advice in person, online or over the phone along with any relevant letters or documents provided specific to the case.





Project Support


If you are looking to employ your first permanent employees or looking at increasing your headcount and need support covering key elements of recruitment, hiring, onboarding and induction with key documentation and policies for employment. Then project-based support can be provided to guide and provide you with the templates and knowledge to achieve the tasks at hand.

From 26 October 2024 there is a duty on employers to take all “reasonable steps” to prevent sexual harassment of their employees. The duty requires that employers should anticipate scenarios when its workers may be subject to sexual harassment in the course of employment, including from third parties, and take action to prevent such harassment taking place.
